The FOIS network at Railway service building of TATA STEEL KALINGANAGR (in ‘B’ cabin yard) with nearest Indian Railway station (JKPR) has been successfully commissioned.
- Supply of FOIS Workstation. This include lifetime licensed OS and softwares with warranty for 1 year at least. Workstation shall be a desktop (Preferable HP make) with following configuration:
a. Processor – dual core @ 2.4 GHz (i5 Intel processor or latest or equivalent AMD)
b. RAM – 8 GB.
c. Hard Drive – 1 TB 5400 RPM hard drive.
d.Monitor – 19″ size or more LCD
e. Operating System – Windows 7 professional or latest OS with latest Service Pack update
f. Graphics Card – any with Display Port / HDMI or DVI support (even integrated card can work)
g. at least 4 USBs with min. 2 in front.
h. LAN ports, Sockets for 3.5 mm jack of speaker / headphone etc.
i. USB Keyboard full size.
j. USB mouse, Three button. - Supply of UPS 2.00 kva with back up minimum 02 hrs.
- Supply of 1 drum (305mtr) of LAN cable, UTP CAT 6 cable as per spec, 4 pair 23 WGUIETL. TIA/EIA 5688/CMAKE D-Link/Digilink/ADC with supply of RJ45 for termination as required.
- Supply of TP-01 ETHERNET CARD FOR TEJAS or media converter (D link or similar).
- Supply of Patch cord for use in between FMS box and media converter having 10 mts length (Compatibility is to be checked at site).
- Supply of 230 V AC distribution board with 04 socket, fuses and switches.
- Installation and commissioning of FOIS Workstation including all wiring. This includes supervision and coordination with OEM / Railways / RITES.
- Installation and commissioning of UPS 2.00 kva with back up minimum 02 hrs including all wiring. This includes supervision and coordination with OEM / Railways / RITES.
- Installation and testing of 1 drum (305mtr) of LAN cable, UTP CAT 6 cable
- Installation and testing of TP-01 ETHERNET CARD FOR TEJAS or media converter (D link or similar). This includes supervision and coordination with OEM / Railways / RITES.
- Installation of Patch cord in between FMS box and media converter.
- Installation of 230 V AC distribution board and connection to nearest source for incoming power along with supply of accessories like cables, flexible PVC conduit, fuses etc.
- Overall commissioning of FOIS system as per requirement of railways. It also includes following:
a. Coordination with RITES BBSR RPO / Railways and approvals from RITES BBSR RPO / Railways upto their satisfaction.
b. Check of existing communication connectivity between cabins and Railway station.
c. Programming (or reprogramming, as required) of network devices in supervision of OEM / RITES / Railways.
